The David Lynch Foundation in the USA has made it its goal to encourage consciousness-based education and world peace. For one thing they have managed to get certain schools to adopt Transcendental Meditation.

Large companies such as General Motors apply Transcendental Meditation (TM) as well. The Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa bases all education it does on consciousness-based education.

More than 6 million people in the world perform TM on a daily basis and the numbers are growing.
